Always Your Home, formerly Foels Flooring, is a family owned and operated home improvement contractor. Always Your Home specializes in hardwood flooring installation and (re)finishing as well as aging-in-place renovations. Greg Foels has been installing, sanding, and finishing hardwood floors since 1991 and began Foels Flooring in 1992. His wife, Michelle Foels, handles the administrative side of the business giving Greg more time to devote to their customers.
Throughout the years, Always Your Home has completed small to medium size remodeling projects for existing customers. In 2012, Greg suffered a potentially career-ending injury and that, combined with watching family members' physical and mental states decline, made Greg reconsider his career goals. Greg became a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) and added aging-in-place renovations to the business.
The combination of experience, continuing education, and training of employees on the latest products and techniques leaves Always Your Home uniquely qualified to handle all of your hardwood flooring and aging-in-place remodeling needs.
Most importantly, though, Always You Home treats their customers – and their homes – the way they want to be treated – with the highest level of respect and courtesy.
WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE ALWAYS YOUR HOME?
There are several reasons to choose Always Your Home as your contractor.
Always Your Home has been in business since 1992, is family owned and operated, and is fully licensed and insured. When you call, you will speak to either Greg or Michelle. Greg will be the person who meets with you to discuss your needs and wants. Greg always takes his time while meeting with you. He will discuss the options available to find the solution that best suits your needs and budget. He will explain the entire process of your project and he will answer all of your questions. Greg will probably ask you a bunch of questions that you may not have thought about but need to consider before making your final decision.
Always Your Home provides a quote of the actual cost for your hardwood flooring project – it is not an estimate. The quotes include, as applicable, the hardwood flooring, all transition pieces (for example: reducer, t-molding, etc.), shoe molding, use of the dust collection system, and labor (unless you request otherwise). Always Your Home can also provide labor for tear out and disposal of your existing floor and/or moving of appliances.
Always Your Home keeps their word and shows up when they say they will show up. While they never have to postpone a job due to over-scheduling, they might call you to see if they can do the job sooner (if a builder is behind schedule and bumps to a later date).
More than 98% of Always Your Home’s business is referrals from previous satisfied customers who have recommended them to their family and friends. They have several customers who have had them install and/or refinish the hardwood floors in all of their homes over the years.
