He will explain the entire process of installation and/or sand and finish, and he will answer all of your questions. Greg will probably ask you a bunch of questions that you may not have thought about but need to consider before making your final decision.
- Greg will be on-site, most often doing the work himself, while your job is being completed.
- The quote provided will be the actual cost to you – it is not an estimate. The quotes include, as applicable, the hardwood flooring, all transition pieces (for example: reducer, t-molding, etc.), shoe molding, use of the dust collection system, and labor (unless you request otherwise). They can also provide labor for tear out and disposal of your existing floor.
- Always Your Home keeps their word and shows up when they say they will show up. While they never have to postpone a job due to over-scheduling, they might call you to see if they can do the job sooner (if a builder is behind schedule and bumps to a later date).
- Almost all of Always Your Home's business is referrals. New customers are referrals from previous satisfied customers who have recommended them to their family and friends.
